  • Our Care Services Division provides the option of having nurses or caregivers accompany individuals with health concerns.

  • For smaller groups, transportation can be arranged using our affiliated company's chauffeur service, with dedicated drivers who are certified assistants.

  • Our knowledgeable staff members handle information on accessible facilities at the destination and along the route, coordinate with medical institutions, and assist with ticket arrangements and other services.

The Thoughts of President Yasushi Kondo:

The foundation of my commitment to welfare travel was built upon the loss of my mother to cancer. She passed away at the age of 47. Before her passing, she expressed her wish to go on a trip with the family once again, but as a student at that time, I was unable to fulfill her desire.

After approximately 20 years, I established the Welfare Tourism Division with the aim of providing support to elderly individuals facing travel difficulties, individuals with disabilities, and those with illnesses. I want to be there for our customers and help make their dreams of visiting certain places or experiencing familiar landscapes once more come true.

While there may be limitations in terms of destinations and schedules, we are committed to doing our best to contribute to our customers' memorable experiences without giving up on their desires. We invite you to consult with us and explore the possibilities.
